1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using PockTrip ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Description of Service
The App is a travel document management tool that stores all user data locally on the user's device. Optional AI features can be used by sending text data to third-party services.
3. User Data and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the data you store within the App. Since all data is stored locally, we have no access to it and cannot be held responsible for any data loss. We strongly recommend using the backup feature regularly.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is". We make no warranty that the App will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PockTrip be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
